Every pleasure has a poisonous dose.
If it is harmful, it is not essential.
Hidden clutter is the most dangerous clutter.
Skepticism can be useful, but cynicism is a solution that always makes the problem worse.

I love this episode, I have so much of this down already, but every time you bring these type of guests on, I get a deeper dive. Thank you, SO MUCH for bringing these guests on. What a value! 💜

This was a very insightful episode. I was listen to the audio version in my car using Bluetooth. i live in Wisconsin, so over the winter I tend to get a little itchy rash on my hands I always attribute to dry skin. I wear an Oura Ring and Garmin watch also using Bluetooth on the opposite hand I normally have the issues with. I decided to turn off the Bluetooth on my phone and finish the episode through the phone speakers. almost immediately the itching stopped, I still had the dry skin on my hands since I was driving and didn't apply lotion. Mind Blown!! Thank you for providing information and giving us the grace to decide what to do with it.
