Hah, Ryan! 💇🏻♂️💇🏼♀️ I cut my hair short(er) last week. from over-shoulder long to chin-long - all gone, feels great, light and very minimalist. no spontaneous combustion but planned quite a while ahead (with intuition). got a new nickname "Bobby" 😂👍🏼 what is interesting - that day I woke up listening to the new album "The Pearl of Ever Changing Shell" by Isildurs Bane & Jinian Wilde and got this connected to the feeling of change outside and inside of me. I listen to the album everyday since then to keep this feeling a bit longer, making it deeper. a feeling I would like to cultivate - acceptance of change and impermanence, letting go and going forward. “it is not impermanence that makes us suffer. what makes us suffer is wanting things to be permanent when they are not.” (Thich Nhat Hanh)
