Joshua your thoughts on embarrassment were interesting. Last time I felt embarrassed was when my husband re told a story to friends about something I had done and I realise now that my embarrassment was my fear that I’d be perceived as being unkind, or incapable. In other situations this would not necessarily effect me but out of the blue and exaggerated in front of the people I trust and hold dear it’s like having someone rip off your bandaid and expose those fears, a sudden rush of spluttering words then come out to try and cover it up. Thank you it’s helping me look deeper into this.
