The story about the IT guy at the school hit me. I’m successful at my job (HR Manager at a factory) and my job is solid. At 55, I’m now rethinking if I want to finish out my career and the next 15 years at this job or this type of job. This thinking envelopes the questions of if I should go for more HR certifications. Now I think the questions are different and point towards if the job fulfills my passion of helping others and if I need another certification will help me fulfill my passion better. Additionally, the guy was helping people but he had further passion to make sure kids are educate. I need to rethink how my helping people fuels the further passion. Thank you for the great insight.

Who sang the last song and its name, I dont see it in the show notes

This has been one of my favorite episodes. Having Dr John as a guest, and the combination with the two of you, was gold. It took me two weeks of 20 min/day stretches to listen to this and every single part was packed with so much wisdoms. As you come to “how do I want my Wednesday to feel like” was the point when I had to pause and tell you “well done”. Regards from Sweden ❤️

So happy to hear about your reduction in inflammation. Thanks for sharing, Mamie! Feel free to email it as a voice recording if you'd like us to feature it on the show!

So I wanted to put my two cents in about Dave Ramsey and gay people. I’m a lesbian and listen to his show and follow his advice. Some days his rants about liberals and drag queens is off putting BUT I have listened to shows where LGBTQ+ couples have called in asking for advice and his treats them the same, offers the same advice, and even told one lesbian couple that they seem like awesome people and was cutting up and laughing with them. He is a very religious man and has his beliefs, which don’t always align with mine, but I know he’d be kind and respectful if we ever met.

Thanks for mentioning the Earthing process today. I knew in the back of my mind that Herxing "can" happen, but didn't think it would happen so quickly. I didn't read until later that people sensitive to EMFs might react quickly to Earthing (that's me). After the third day of sleeping on the mat. I just leaned into it, and took some detox support supplements to reduce the headaches, drank more water, and did lymphatic drainage 1-2x a day. After almost two weeks, I feel like I am at the other end but still detoxing. My inflammation has greatly reduced but the detox symptoms have been a struggle. I guess this is where I start my decluttering and minimalist goal--from within me.
