There has always been something that bothers me about freebies but I never understood why until today. I feel I’m required to accept the freebies and spend my time and effort dealing with them. I will start saying, “no thank you” with a smile and be content with not dealing with the item.

Who would have thought John Delony was so controversial? (only kidding lol). Funny that his two clips on your IG (the one about his wife and the one with the stuff) caused some backlash. When I first heard them on the podcast I didn't interpret them the way the two critics did at all. I think having the full context helps, but more than that I believe some people truly watch with an intention to find something they disagree with. As Josh once said on the pod, if you're looking for conflict, you will find it. If you're looking for misery, you will find it. There's a distinction between listening with a critical thinking hat and listening with intention to find something that fits your narrative i.e. "this person said this and that's why they're bad". Appreciate the thoughtful discussion on the bonus episode. Thanks Josh, TK and crew!
