Sure! I'll send in a voicememo this weekend. Thank you for letting me share!!

Agreed! My husband struggles with wanting to find a new owner as well. I’m trying to help him see that the new owner he’s chosen may not want it while the real owner may be waiting to pick it off the shelf at a local thrift store.

Wow! That's a beautiful testimonial, Gloria. We'd love to feature it on the show. Would you be willing to send a voice memo to podcast@theminimalists.com so we can share your experience with our audience during our "listener comments and tips" segment?

Dr. John Delony once aptly pointed out to a caller on his show, that resentment is learned behavior. This helped me identify the resentment in my own heart and helped me to let it go. I realized I had learned resentment from my mother who resents my father and her own parents. She learned it from her mother. I saw the damage it does to one's soul and heart when we do not let go of resentment. My 15 year relationship with my fiancé has done a 180 since healing and letting of this damaging mentality. I encourage anyone wrestling with resentment, to look at your own life and see who did you learn it from?

April 3rd is my birthday. I love coffee. How did you know? ❤️😃

What stood out today, finishing this episode was hearing Griffin express what matters is …” if it’s meaningful to me”. Isn’t that the heart ♥️ of minimalism…what matters most to us individually? Creating space to silence all in voices, opinions, gimmicks…to finally be brave enough to listen for our own voice. He’s a good egg 🥚 (moneyball reference). Thank you for sharing Griffin with us!✨🧡

I’m really enjoying exploring griffin house’s music. I’m currently listening to the new album shared on this week’s podcast. Once Upon a Time in Ballard Town reminds me of Gordon Lightfoot’s the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. ❤️

Love …the Dust if you Must poem…I’ll forward an image a friend in Canada 🇨🇦 created from the poem to your email 📧

20 minutes in you talk about eating elephants. Oh… my… god. I’m done with you guys. That’s so offensive. I’ll cancel my Patreon support. However, before I do that, could you recommend a good wine to go with that?

So good!

Cindy! This would be a great question for a future podcast episode. Would you be willing to email a voice memo to podcast@theminimalists.com so we can answer it on the show? In the voice memo, state your name and city followed by your question.

I love Candice voice memo!!

My daughter’s birthday was yesterday. A friend gave her a loaf of sourdough rosemary to which she didn’t understand why she received that instead of a gift of lotion, etc. She shared it with us and it was delicious. My daughter’s mindset is changing to finding ways to show appreciation to others in different ways.

I love Griffith house! Thanks so much for this lovely episode.

As a newbie minimalist one of the things that stops me in my tracks is the "do I throw it away or find someone to give it to?" ... I don't want to clutter up landfills. I want to recycle and reuse. Yet the idea of finding the right 'new owner' can overwhelm me.
