Really wish you included the Lego Studio file for this, if you did use it. The wings specifically I wanna dissect, but I don't have any pieces IRL. Just the Lego Studio program.

Just came to say I finished building him. It was really fun to put together, the way you did the head is an absolute masterclass in LEGO design. The entire build really. There is a weak point with some of the back/tail spikes where the plates (steps 161-165) get separated from the main body once the spikes (185-189) are attached, but it's a minor thing. Thanks!

I actually did want to ask if you have any interest in building the risen variant of him. He has been such a pain to fight and I finally did it. I like its design

Yeah that’s exactly what happened. It looked patchy and weird and added a lot more to the already high price.

This looks amazing. Don't worry about how long it takes to make them. You release stuff more often then Lego does. Besides, Valstrax is definitely worth the wait.

I won’t lie, when I saw this was up, there was a dopamine release. Although I have to ask, was it always this color or did you try metallic silver and go “not only do the appropriate parts not exist, but this would be so stupid-expensive” and change it?

No Crimson Glow, there’s several little differences between the regular and crimson glow. Ultimately I settled on the original. I might maybe do Crimson Glow, I’ll be forced to if I ever do all the Risens.
