this morning loud noises and vibrating gone and everything is fine even for render or playing some games, but i dont really know, should i upgrade my psu or not

I’ll using this one until the replacement PSU arrives, Probably around 3–4 days.

Absolutely replace it. Just because a symptom is gone doesnt mean the problem fixed itself. Also the PSU is so incredibly vital to the safety of your PC you should not mess around with it. Check if it's still under warranty, you might get it fixed or replaced by the manufacturer.
