Hi, I’m not entirely sure if I understood your question correctly. But if you’re asking about the general concept: NTR is when the MC doesn’t know about his girlfriend cheating on him, and feel bad when he sees some male is too closed to her. NTS is the opposite, he knows and enjoys it.

NTS is so lame. I feel like the game got hijacked by gleefull voyeuristic cucks. Definitely ruined the vibe for me. Any kind of plot device is meaningless now since the cuck has nothing more to lose cause he possesses nothing. No girlfriend no pride, openly. If there is no risk of losing something or any kind of dichotomy. There cannot be a meaningfully plot.
