We have two important announcements to share with you.
1. Regarding Patreon’s Posting Policy
Previously, my account was suspended due to suspicions of depicting underage characters. Since then, I have been cautious with my posts. However, this morning, I received a general email from Patreon regarding their content policy. Upon careful review, I identified two key requirements:
It is necessary to clearly state that all characters are 18 years old or older.
All explicit content must be restricted to paid pages.
In response, I have taken the following immediate actions:
Added a disclaimer stating that all characters are 18 years old or older.
Changed previously free-to-access pages to paid access.
Replaced certain site images.

Additionally, after reviewing both the current policy and the updates scheduled for January 2025, I have identified the following restrictions:
Posting realistic images will no longer be allowed.
Works intended to satisfy sexual desires must include explicit consent from the characters within the narrative.
For example, transformation into another person is acceptable, but scenarios involving possession or body swapping may depend on the context. Furthermore, under the "Pornography and Nudity" category, the following depictions are generally prohibited:
Direct depictions of sexual acts
Sexualized human genitalia
That said, anime and illustration-based works appear to be tolerated to some extent. However, I plan to avoid overly explicit content to ensure compliance.
If anyone has further insights into Patreon's guidelines, I would greatly appreciate your input.
2. Regarding Discontinuation of PerfTileART Services
Unfortunately, I must share some disappointing news: PerfTileART is scheduled to end its services according to the following timeline:
January 1, 2025: Discontinuation of paid coins
End of June 2025: Complete service shutdown

Initially, I planned to post fan fiction on Patreon and original works on PerfTileART. However, due to this policy change, I will need to reconsider. Since there are only a limited number of original works suitable for Patreon, reposting existing content may be challenging. I kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.

性的なコンテンツはすべて有料ページに限定する必要がある。
これを受け、以下の対応を取り急ぎ実施いたしました：

無料公開していたページを有料公開に変更しました。

また、現在のポリシーおよび2025年1月に予定されている改訂に基づき、以下の制約が発生することが判明しました：
リアル系画像の投稿は不可となります。
性的欲求を満たすことを目的とした作品では、登場人物が作品内で同意を明示する必要があります。
たとえば、他者変身は問題ありませんが、憑依や入れ替わりなどは描写のシチュエーション次第で判断が分かれるようです。また、「ポルノおよびヌード」カテゴリーにおいて、以下の描写は基本的に禁止されているようです：
直接的な性行為の描写
欲情した人間の性器
ただし、アニメやイラスト作品に関しては黙認されるケースもあるように見受けられます。そのため、あまりに露骨な表現は控える方針といたします。

2. PerfTileARTのサービス終了について
こちらは非常に残念なお知らせですが、PerfTileARTは以下のスケジュールでサービスを終了する予定です：
2025年1月1日：有償コインの廃止
2025年6月末：サービス終了

当初、ファンフィクション作品はPatreon、オリジナル作品はPerfTileARTへ投稿する方針でしたが、この変更により再検討が必要となりました。Patreonに掲載可能なオリジナル作品が限られるため、既存作品をそのまま転載することは難しい状況です。この点、何卒ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

Patreon's Adult Content Rules are quite odd at times. There is another creator I subscribe to who has had similar issues to you. What they do to stay safe and within the rules is this: They will upload their new content to a MEGA folder with a password set to protect it, and then they will share the link to that MEGA folder on Patreon. After this, they put the password into the comments below the post. If they choose to post a Thumbnail as a teaser for the content, it is ALWAYS safe for work. Doing this, they seem to have had very little trouble with Patreon. It may be a good idea for you!

The works currently available on PerfTileART were created specifically for my supporters, so I have no plans to make them all free or to delete them. I plan to carefully choose a reliable paid platform and will reupload the works once a suitable option is found. The impact of platform policy changes and closures is not limited to me alone.For example, on pixiv FANBOX, AI-generated works were completely banned due to issues involving some AI artists plagiarizing hand-drawn works. Patreon has also been frequently revising its content policies, particularly restricting AI-generated works with sexual content. As for PerfTileART, there are rumors that specific copyright holders (allegedly a major VTuber agency) pressured the platform, leading to the complete prohibition of fan works. The space for publishing AI-generated works is gradually shrinking, and the situation remains fluid. While platforms like DMM, DLsite, and Pixiv Booth, which use download-based sales formats, are appealing options, their future policies are uncertain, so I am proceeding cautiously. For now, I intend to continue publishing works on PerfTileART for free. I will also continue to operate in compliance with Patreon’s content policies.
