I want to take the plot in a completely new direction. Here's the plan: The crew is deadlocked for hours in the jury room and quickly goes insane. Here I will parody The Lighthouse, and Jordan Peterson will give a lobster speech.
But I don't want it to end there. What other movies could I do? Perhaps as their paranoia grows, it morphs into a The Thing parody?
As for the ending, I obviously need to reveal the defendant. Trump is a possible candidate. Kyle Rittenhouse is pretty low-hanging fruit. Other than that I have no idea.

So the reference to "Murder on the Orient Express" is that they all collaboratively committed the crime together. I think there might be some comedic value in the idea that the jury is made up of the people who committed the crime, but idk. No idea if that's funny to anyone except me, lol

First of all, this video is freaking hilarious and I love it. Second, and this is only an idea so feel free to just say no outright: What about something like "Murder on the Orient Express"? To avoid spoiling anyone who doesn't want to be spoiled on that one, I'll elaborate in a reply to this comment. As for the defendant, given that a lot of issues we all have with the state of modern day politics can be traced back to Reagan (and before him, Nixon), possibly one of those two could be the defendant?
