Sovereign level is the bare minimum. He's been a sovereign several times, over the course of thousands of years. He's almost certainly at saint/spirit level, if not outright immortal, in terms of sheer strength. His main issue isn't strength but rather technique. The devil saint domain is apparently a domain that's mastered the soul, whereas people from the nine rivers continent barely know what soul cultivation is. And moreover, the nin rivers continent has been shown to be far inferior to the continent in every single regard except elemental cultivation. So, if MC comes across even just a rank 5 soul expert, I'd imagine he'd need to start worrying heavily.

I haven't done a reread resently. Did Kan and Julie not use memory orbs. I remember that the legacys where 2 each. One was just there combat techniques the other was a full life time of memorys.
