Installation:
1. with the Nexus Mod Manager, or
2. copy the files in the Data folder
how to get this in Game:
1. you can craft it in the Chem Station, or
2. use the IN-GAME ESP Explorer, or
3. open the .nif in Outfit Studio and save it in another Outfit that you have.

I've used a few of snakes HHS outfits but just cannot settle with it at all. The legs just look way too long now and the NPC's walk as if they are on ice. Pretty sure I've swapped the HHS footwear for other std high heels and the outfit and legs still look OK.

that is unfortunately the case. but you can turn off the hhs by hotkey if you want to take pictures. then you have normal height again, but the heels look through the floor

have you found a fix for HHS when npc is crouching the knee elevates too high off the ground making it look weird or is there no way around it? makes me not wanna use HHS.
