1. with your mod manager ( Nexus Mod Manager / Vortex ), or
2. copy the files in the Data folder ( activate the esp / esl )
how to get this in Game:
1. you can craft it in the Chem Station ( -Synla XXX ), or
2. use the IN-GAME ESP Explorer, or
3. open the .nif in Outfit Studio and save it in another Outfit that you have.

you answered it yourself, you are not a patron. then you have to make it yourself
Where can i get those heels?!? I'm not a patron, so i've got the simple version. The heels are not showing up in-game ( i did create the meshes in bodyslide)
