My method of madness whenever I burnout is to alternate between the "top 3" of the massive list of projects I feel motivated to work on until one of the 3 is complete. Then, sometimes, I choose an entirely different set of 3 to work on after that. It depends on how daunting the more challenging projects are (there is a crime and vengeance one tossed in there that requires so much research that I keep pushing that one to the bottom of the list). At some point, that crime one will be the last one left in that series and I'll have no choice but to finish it. 🤣

Back when he met gulla it was veeery brief and he immediately rejected/cut their connection before fleeing abroad. Yolka is attracted to him but he's not to the point of liking yet🥲 His feeling to gulla is very complicated before it turned into hatred. It's not a problem with yolka being bisexual, it wasn't a thing even in alpha/omega community because everyone is a fair game (subgender A/O matters more than gender M/F) This is however, completely different in beta community. Even more for andra's dad who is an old man in small city, he thought male-female pair is normal, and when andra bring yolka home he tried to understand "oh, maybe it's just how they are.. born that way.. liking the same sex.." then boom yolka mention he can like both, so the old man's world views is shattered again😂 in very rough way of explaining, he feel that yolka is too greedy, like 'this guy can like woman why would he take his son??' or that 'then my son must guard not only against men but also women???'--in short, he feel yolka was not very respectable😭

I kind of get where we're Andra's mom is coming from though. If he hasn't been able to feel pain his whole life and he finally felt pain as a child, he would see that as exciting, so he would want to chase after it to feel alive, leading him to continually get hurt just to feel something.

I think that could also potentially lead in to an interesting scene where Yolka asks for further details, slash Andra's side, from Andra and they have a cute heart to heart.

Yolka want andra to be happy and no one would question his claim on andra, his status as andra’s mate and partner, so he will work it up until they all accept him!💕🫶

Yes his mom is very protective and made a lot of restriction and guidance so andra could be safe. But it’s a little miss, the feel alive part is actually the other way around!😂 i’ll tell you in next chapter but I’m still juggling between making yolka hear the story or just make it andra’s mom’s POV/narration. what do you think is better? I understand where the mom is coming from. HEAR ME OUT!! Andra doesnt feel much pain. Thats an important part of everyones life. From the looks of it, when he was younger he mightve hurt himself and said he felt alive. Yolka's 😏 is huge. Remember in the beginning where yolka was worried cause doesnt seem to react to pain. So how is he gonna know if he's hurt. // yolkas opinión. It looks like he said those same words he did as a kid now, and then hearing that?? Your point is walid and I totally agree one can feel that way. Although, their behaviour strikes me more as overprotective to the point of being suffocating. They know Andra's condition and how dangerous it can be, so they tried to protect him by avoiding and resigning instead teaching him how to deal with it. Just like Elsa from "Frozen". That's what I gathered from mother's words recollection. Andra is a highly independent individual and he did't take Nahulu's ways of fear too well. So I guess they accept him, love him, but won't let him get near what they percieve as danger, read: Yolka. I might be wrong tho, I'll wait for a next chapter.

Through the actions I have seen so far, they aren't really accepting. It's easy for me to see why Andra would leave and not want to come back. Being around that type of behavior can make you feel like you shouldn't exist in the first place. It makes you feel absolutely horrible about yourself.
