Maggie: Final pages 83 & 84
🕑 Added 2024-08-21 16:01:01 +0000 UTCLadies and Gentlemen, the moment has finally arrived: "Maggie's fattening story," my very first weightgain story, my life's work, the comic that I began in 2001, with interruptions but never abandoned, is finally complete. You can't imagine how I felt, when I put the "THE END" under the last page. It feels crazy.
I guess nothing represents my work in this community more than this comic—and now it's finished. I must admit, Maggie's scope (both in universe and on a meta-level) has expanded much further than I originally intended, but I felt this story deserved a literal grand finale. Moreover, I wanted its conclusion to be somewhat reconciling and wholesome, and I hope you like how I've brought it all to an end.
I know there are many out there who wish for more, in multiple senses. Many wish for Maggie to become even larger, for Cid and Tanya to grow larger, and even for Maggie's parents to follow the same path as their daughter. However, after 23 years of working on this comic and seeing Maggie reach these unbelievable proportions, far beyond my normal comfort zone, I must say: It has to end somewhere! Maggie's story has been told, as have those of the other characters. I deliberately wrote the ending so that you can imagine how it might continue, but I won't show any more and leave that to your imagination.
There's one more thing I must make clear: Despite what many of you might wish, there will be no sequel, no prequel, and no spinoff to "Maggie." Perhaps I'll indulge in an Easter egg or cameo here and there, but apart from that, I am done with these characters whom I hold dear. However, if anyone wishes to write or draw spinoffs related to Maggie's story, you are welcome to do so. I look forward to seeing the results.
What will come are a few commissions featuring Maggie characters that have accumulated over the years. I didn't want to release these until the story was complete, to avoid confusion. I will publish these soon under the label "Maggie Multiverse" to make clear, that these have no connection to the main story.
With that said, I can only express my gratitude to all those who have remained loyal to me and this comic over the years. I hope you've enjoyed my debut work. And fear not, I already have a few ideas for a story that might one day take Maggie's place, but I'll talk about that when it becomes more concrete. Thank you! ❤

And especially comparing the last page to the first page! The story started with Maggie jumping out of her seat with absolute excitement, ready to embrace the road to her dream. Eager and active, it’s a very dynamic motion. And her eyes, they beam with excitement! And now, we see her almost fading into revire, her dream fully realized, a static shot panning out from her. This is “it.” Her fantasy, and she gets to exist in it for the rest of her days. Nothing more, and nothing less. Everything she’s embraced, and given up, has led to this present, this forever, her eyes now fully covered by the tube. Congrats on finishing the story!

And our story ends with her fading into absolute bliss, knowing full well she’ll spend the rest of her days filled, fattened, and adored. What a perfect ending! And I really love all the perspective shots used here! Sliding down into Maggie’s basin to show how huge she is, her tiny little head nested between two of her cheeks. The cute moment between her and her mother, as a sort of callback to their times together long before this. But that conversation also sort of serves as a deeper connection. As her constitution fades, the camera slowly pans out, Maggie mindlessly chugging away as we slowly pan to her whole body. Between that, and her mothers talk, it’s almost as if her lifestyle has resulted in a reversion of herself, and her mom both verbally calling back to that and the silence of her chugging afterwards to the approval of her parents. It’s as if they have fully accepted and embraced that she’s become someone who only really exists to be cared for and admired. It’s a little sad, yet ultimately sweet.

Happy to have brought it to a proper end. 😄 Relieved to have this legacy of my shoulders. 😪 Sad (a bit) that it's over. 😥 Proud to have done it without canceling the project at some point. 😎 Freed to create and realize other ideas. 😃 Thankful that so many people followed this to the end without giving up hope. 😊 Overwhelmed when people tell me they followed this comic their whole fucking life or got their fat fetish because of it. 😅
