These are representatives of Spectre Corp. Known as the Cosmic Industrialists, the Cosmic Magnates, the Businessmen, or sometimes simply as "Employees". These ones in particular are Mr. Grotesque, Mr. Morbid, and Mr. Peculiar.
Spectre Corp is a strange business that appeared early in mankind's progression from another time. Wearing suits that seem to be either too tight or too baggy on them, they appear to have normal human bodies and proportions, all appearing as pale white men from the neck to the foot, and always wearing dapper and well pressed suits. From their neck up however, they are distorted into nightmarish and cartoonish caricatures of human faces. All of them are bald and have heads far larger than a normal human, and some with long necks that stretch for a foot or more. Their features are twisted, with their eyes, nose, and mouth placed haphazardly on their face at various angles and sizes. The mouths, eyes and noses tend to appear sickly, red, and swollen, and their teeth are yellowed and often times their gums bleeding. They also tend to be taller than a normal man, with their height ranging from 7-12 feet tall in height, though often times 1/3 of their height is made up of their head.
Spectre Corp members will seemingly appear out of nowhere, walking in from doors that don't lead anywhere, or from around corners, in elevators, or in more obscure locations such as appearing in Emails, physical mail, advertisments online, your online friends list, In a reply from another person, In a text document on your computer, In your dreams or daydreams, ect.. with no real limit discovered for how they can appear or if they even do have limitations. If they contact someone through text, and the person replies back through text, they will often arrive at the person's home by knocking on a door in their home. This could be any door, from your closet, your bedroom, or even a door in a video game or comic book you're reading, or maybe even a book as the entity will be allowed inside and the narrative will change to fit the creature's arrival. When they arrive they will give you a business card that can be read by anyone who speaks any language, and even those who cannot read or write. Babies shown these business cards can gain an instantaneous comprehension of some words and will excel at life as a child prodigy until about age 10 in which they will dive into a deep depression and suffer from extreme psychopathy or sociopathy for the rest of their life with no way to really treat it. The creatures will also speak in a voice you can understand, though most claim the voice to be english, regardless of what language it speaks. naturally, and it can understand the creature. The businessman's speech seems forced and grunting,, as if they barely comprehended the language themselves, with strange pauses and grunts that make it seem difficult for the creature to croak out human words. They are very polite and will act like a door to door business man, asking how your day is going and some general questions before offering a product to you. These products take the shape of normal objects, toys, or devices, however they possess wildly different qualities and abilities from a normal item of it's kind. Examples of such items include scissors that cut through any material as if it were paper, a rotary phone that allows you to call anyone who has ever had a phone weather living or dead, A can of paint that could take on any color or consistency by closing the lid, thinking about it, and taking the lid off again, also allowing it to replicate features such as Lava, water, syrup, or any other liquid or viscous material, Or a shotgun that when fired would send the shrapnel out in the desired direction until it hit a living creature, swerving to strike any living creature within that path and moving infinitely otherwise. These items were amazing and dangerous as they were far beyond that of any other item that a human would be likely to possess.
Though the creatures seem to be occasionally recorded as appearing in ancient depictions, in some places as gods, it seems that they really began appearing moreso in the 1930's and onward, always appearing as a dapper gentleman in their attire, matching the current time period. The 1950's was when it became a major interest, as Spectre Corp. mail order magazines began cropping up in America and people who would order from them could receive these items swiftly, and to devastating results, with some using matches that create fires that can't be quenched, or children buying toy soldiers that fire real bullets and claim a household as a battlefield and murder the occupants of the house as enemy giants. Those who utilized the items showed signs of mental deterioration even if the item didn't possess any extremely detrimental effects, and some still were found having withered away or exploded from overuse of these items. Some reports came in that they were being sold by a Spectre Corp. Individual by the name of Mr. Grotesque. After shutting down the operations and needing to relocate and cover up many of the events that took place in that small town, the government put in several orders themselves to no avail, and received only a "Sorry for the inconvenience" letter from Mr. Grotesque. It wasn't until a greater incident that took place in the 1990's that allowed them to not only collect the body of a Mr. Peculiar, but to retrieve several items and begin investigating the company.
Spectre Corp. is a company that sells anything and everything, and provides necessary items for the various dimensions. They buy and sell worlds, and their payment is not in money but in intangible concepts such as time, sanity, memories, or life force. They claim to be followers of their great leader, the Malformed Phantasm, sometimes simply known as the Spectre of Dissonance, and seem to exist within an alternate reality full of white office rooms and cubicles that look straight out of the 1960's. This landscape seems to go on forever and is thought to be where the Backrooms originates from as a concept as it is an office building between reality and many have no clipped through reality into this space. They travel to any and all dimensions, looking to buy and sell items to alter the course of evolution and to simply test their products, ruining entire planets, timelines, and universes with their test runs of items....
It is unsure what their true goal is, or what the Spectre of Dissonance is, but in the end, these creatures are crafty, horrifying, and truly dangerous to not only you, but the universe.

One of the items that I've created for them before is an ice cream scoop that can scoop into anything and make a flavor of ice cream from it. You could scoop a wall, a floor, a person, all of them will scoop just like soft ice cream and all will be a unique flavor and have the consistency of ice cream. As for an air fryer, it would probably be similar in that you could fry and eat anything. Knowing how outlandish these guys get too it could even be similar to an Air-zooka, where the "Air" part of the air fryer is that you can fry anything you hit with a gust from the Airzooka. They could extreme fattening chaos, but it will also most likely be horrifying XD

Now I'm just imagining these guys selling an air fryer or ice cream maker. I can only imagine the kind of chaos (both fattening and non-fattening) those things can cause when sold by these guys.
