Hi Adam, all good points. Realistically there are loads of things to test but I have to keep it simple for the Youtube level of digestable matter. Secondly, there are a finite number of runs I can do one on test due to time constraints. Each test is 10km, which is 20 mins of riding. Setting up the sensors, doing a calibration run (another 10km), syncing the data, changing wheels etc and 3 different setups can easily take a solid 2h of testing. Just doing 3 or 4 wheel sets in one session is an absolute time killer! About the widths....the D67 front has a slightly more rounded profile than the D45 front, which is more V like ( a bit like the gen 1). I think a 25 may suit the D45 more but maybe not so on the D67. But thats just a hunch. At my weight and riding environment I would never use a 25 front apart from a very smooth TT.
I think it would be interesting to compare the relative effect of the match between tire and rim widths vs. a change in rim depth (which does not make that much of a difference between the D45 and D67 in your results)
