These big tame creatures carries a good amount of resources from one outpost to another. We know you love robots, but they need energy and carry few items. They aren't that fast as flying robots, but with some of these beasts you can carry large amounts of stuff and you just need to feed them . They works with the same mechanics as the robots, so you don't need to learn again some logistics.

Its green science level. Trains will be faster as well as upgraded bots. I see this guys as a mid term use, such bring stuff between places where its too short for a train and too long for a bot.
Looking and thinking of this more. Is this fairly early game tech? I can see it as a great way to move product early game. If you get it late game bots and trains will probably overshadow it. I'm thinking red tier tech. Wondering where it's at in your vision?

What happen if they run out of food? they eat the cargo and run away?
Don't know LTN...but they aren't as fast a train.
Are they like LTN for trains then? Just move slower?
