On 22:00 It is not at all the same. On the fiat side you have theft through printing more money because its basically just a hidden tax to take money from the populous at the press of a button. Even if a whale sells his holdings there is still just 21 mil bitcoin at modt and no market dies from this it will adjust rather quicklx especially on a smart contract based economy
