Personally I think we should legalize or decriminalize most drugs. Tax them to create revenue. Regulate them so that they aren't cut and dosages are clear. This eliminates a huge portion of the black market and you could use the revenue to educate people about the dangers of drug abuse and to fund addiction treatment for those who do have an issue. For the rest of us it means we can enjoy a joint or bump of coke in the privacy of our own homes.
