Cancelled my membership today. The bot is not reliable. Does not stay playing 24/7, and is very difficult to control and get to join a channel. I do not recommend this bot.

Hello! I added the bot, got premium, waited until it worked, it plays ok until it doesn't! It stops at random times, then I have to manually press the next song. I can't be 24/7 monitoring the bot, it's meant to play 24/7 even when I'm not there!

Hi, this post is not for support. To reply to your statement, yes, we don't support youtube, but this was announced well in advance to (premium) members. Nor do we currently mention it on our website or our documentation page (https://docs.24-7music.com/). If we missed it somewhere, do let me know. As an alternative, however, we have added support to play custom mp3/flac (and other format) files from cloud storage. Currently only google drive is available, but we're working to add support for more storage providers in the future.

Hello, we have "customer service" in our discord server, you can drop in, ask your question and one of our volunteer support members or myself will try to help you (we have a dedicated premium support channel). That being said, the bot "not working" can be quite a lot of things. It would be great if you could specify what feature or part of the bot you were having trouble with. Ofcourse we don't try to sell a "bot that doesn't work", we try to deliver the best experience there is. I invite you to join our server or send me a private message on discord and we can take a look at your issue. We try to get all issues solved as soon as possible.

This is mentioned on the welcome note that is displayed when you get premium via patreon. And in the confirmation email you get from patreon.

Hi, our discord server is faster than patreon. However, we're a small team and we can't possibly respond quickly always. In what channel did you ask for support? as there is a dedicated support channel for premium members. (make sure you link your discord to patreon in patreon settings to activate premium and get access to these channels.

No, discord does not allow users/bots to have separate names or avatars per server. You can however give it a nickname, and i believe discord may be working on allowing separate icons per guild for users, i do not know if this will also apply for bots, i assume it will not.

Yea you can. Just link your Discord to patreon with a diffrent account.But make sure this account is in our support server too. Because he gets the role.
