Guys, it's "first-day" record. Ron Paul's 6 mil that he raised was part of a coordinated fundraising effort (called the "Tea party money bomb" or something like that) which was NOT on the first day of his campaign. You guys realize that even without the super-delegates, Hillary got more votes than Bernie in the primary, right? I'm not saying there wasn't dubious shit that happened. Hillary and the DNC obviously colluded, and the establishment wanted her. They definitely looked for ways to snub him and give her advantages. But this revisionist narrative you guys try to push is pretty bullshit. Hillary got 3.5 million more votes from the Democratic base than Bernie, and almost secured the necessary number of delegates needed to win the nomination solely on that. Even if 80% of the superdelegates that went for her, had gone to Bernie instead, she still would have beaten him.
