As the younger sibling I have to argue with a couple points of the data here. Obviously it doesn’t follow for all siblings, and my sister does have a different father, but despite being the elder she is not the most intelligent, does not have her shit together better. Having smashed my head into a concrete wall when I was young and her abusiveness towards me does follow with the data. There were old home videos on VHS she wanted to watch so for christmas a couple years ago I paid to have them put on dvd, and after she watched some of them she came over and outright apologized for the way she used to behave towards me when we were kids, while becoming extremely serious and the blood almost having drained from her face. I had to laugh. Good episode I was honestly curious how it would be approached.
