If there's a way to make communism (and I hesitate to even call the permutation I'm implying as such) palatable for everyone, I imagine it would be through technological advancements that remove glaring flaws like human corruptibility in the system of governance and the need for actual flesh and blood people to work for a living or for society to function. That said I also acknowledge that I'm describing the plot of no less than a dozen works of dystopian science-fiction. You never can tell how these things are going to play out.

The problem with his philosophy is he does not recognize that Capital Centralizes and Accumulates over time as Constant Capital (machines and tech) displace and replaces Variable Capital (living labor. ) Just like how cars eventually replaced horses. As machines/tech replaces living labor, this increasingly makes each worker more expendable, and each Capitalist (the people who own the machines/tech i.e. the "Means of Production" ) more powerful economically. And no, this does not create more jobs, because a company is not going to use a machine that takes more labor then it replaces (why use a machine that replaces 20 workers, if it takes 40 workers to build/maintain? You use machines to save on labor - not to hire more workers for the same job. ) The ONLY solution is to have MONOPOLY CAPITAL publicly/State owned. This is not a matter of opinion but SCIENTIFIC, MACRO-ECONOMIC LAW. Don't believe me? Then explain the dominance of super-monopolies like Amazon. Explain why the 3 richest Americans own as much as 160 million Americans. Why 26 families own as much as half the world. The data for the Capital Centralization Hypothesis is sound.

Even if we accept the idea that this is poor training we have to then tacitly accept that while this kind of thing has been going on for years now, this and other police departments across the country have evidently taken no substantive effort to develop and implement restraint techniques that don't have the potential to asphyxiate people/break their necks.

That stupid cop needs to be tried for murder. He was negligent, probably not even racist. Most likely just habitually negligent and stupid. Some people don't know that it's easy to break someone's neck by kneeling on it like that, but you can't teach everybody everything. I'm just saying it most likely wasn't even racism, just a couple of stupid cops not knowing how to hold this guy down in a safe way. He was screaming that he couldn't breath but you can obviously breath fine if you can scream like that. The problem was that he was breaking his neck, not choking him. You can see it in the video.
