Something that might help you fill your habit of mdoing cigarette breaks would be to eat a carrot everytime you want to find a reason to do a break. It brings you vitamins, something to do, you get to eat and won't get fat from it

TJ try digital vaporizing weed flower. It is heaven and it clears out the lungs. Even the high is different, you feel the energy of it but have absolute control. Havent had a cigarette in 7 years and no desire to have that. Weed vapor is all you need.
