Honestly I know I said it on the actual video they did, but I’m so glad Paul loves talking about dune, I read the first two books and enjoyed the story but was often confused and left it rather lukewarm, however hearing Paul tj and Scotty helped me make sense of my confusion and gain a newfound respect for the story

If people like Jeff believe in this trickle down economy then why not make a law, let's call it the trickle down act that says that the people up top can only have 100x more wealth than the lowest worker. That would mean if you gave the lowest worker 30,000 you can have 3,000,000. I feel like that's more than generous. It will also encourages companies to give higher wages because for each 1000 you give to workers, that adds another 10,000 in your pocket.

I don't disagree with anything Paul says about capitalism. I just don't understand how people who proclaim often the corruption and incompetency of our government officials think giving them all power to divide the nations resources and set market price ceilings and floors will be of good natured intent. A large lumbering, corrupt bureaucracy such as the U.S.S.R. that managed the nation's economy in an effort to attain "fairness" obviously did not work.
