He certainly has a unique vision, and there are some parallells between his cinematography and Kubrick's. But I wouldn't compare their styles beyond that. I still think Eggers is one of the most interesting filmmakers active today though.

its a thing that they just cant shake from the DP days, any little criticism or suggestion is always some kind of "attack" . There sadly is nothing perfect in this world, even DFF cannot escape that rule. Still the best 10 bucks investment each month.

I know that some fans get mad at the idea of doing episodes about Sports. But I really think that the emotional Ferver and passion that would come from a “DFF = Oakland Raiders vs. New Orleans Saints” episode would be amazing
