Patrice O'Neal was amazing and brilliant but I don't think he ever really got the the same level of name recognition as these two. At the very least his film career wasn't nearly as extensive.

SCTV was the Canadian version of SNL, and John Candy started as one of the cast members. You can type John Candy SCTV into YouTube and find a bunch of his sketches. You guys should do a follow up episode called SNL vs SCTV LOL

Black Sheep (which I find funnier than Tommy Boy) has some absolutely unique moments that could never be pulled off again with the same results. Think of the MTV Rock The Vote scene. Not only hilarious, but I'd argue iconic. "Kill Whitey!" Chris Farley and he alone could pull that one off.
