On the issue of not getting treatment in hospitals, being a person diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder, I am frequently dismissed by doctors and even mocked by nurses. I don't know if Paul has similar experiences with medical 'professionals' but I am regularly mistreated due to my mental illness.
