He could have just said 'Breona Taylor! I supported a bill to end no knock raids called the 'Breona Taylor Bill. So fuck off.' Its that interview after the fact on Fox that makes me think he doesn't much care about his constituents.

People who advocate for herd immunity rather than masks and social distancing have a fundamentally flawed understanding of evolution. Every time a virus infects a human, it replicates itself millions, if not billions of times, and each time it replicates there is a chance that a mistake occurs. This mistake could be something detrimental, neutral, or beneficial to the virus, and viruses that have beneficial mutations that allow themselves to produce more copies of themselves. The more people infected, more more chance that the virus becomes more deadly and/or more virulent, which has already bee observed. Back in October, there were already something like 26 or so different strains of COVID-19. It is also operating under the assumption that once you get covid you are immune to it. This is not true, you have immunity for about 3 months after you get infected. The more people get infected, the more chance a variant pops up that is ineffective against our current vaccines, so it is absolutely essential to get everyone vaccinated before the vaccines we currently have become ineffective. A community of anti-vaccers living together is a liability for the entire population because a variant could arise in once of these groups that the vaccine is ineffective against and once again spread throughout the population. TLDR: Paul's vaccine sniper program is a great idea.
