I've taken a conceal and carry course and they train you not to shoot at someone who isn't an imminent threat to your life or someone else's life. And in my state it's illegal to shoot someone over property, which I pretty much agree with. Police should be held to the same standard. There is no reason to shoot at a fleeing suspect with modern tracking technology. Let them run, track them down and arrest them somewhere there isn't tons of other people around.

I'll reserve judgement until I see whatever y'all are talking about. After watching - replace police's bullets with rubber bullets as their primary weapon and only allow specially trained officers to carry live firearms. That kid would have been plenty incapacitated from rubber bullets.

Oh yeah, HAHA i forgot the rule robbers are only allowed one weapon. Maybe to make them let their guard down? Either way, if you’re in a Mexican standoff with someone, they drop their weapon on the ground, then they reach for their back, you gonna wait and see what they pull out? I wish we didnt have guns in our society like this and these cases would be avoided. But yeah, just call me a bootlicker. That’s really constructive to the conversation. Can’t bring yourself to just imagine why someone who just robbed a store with a weapon would be shot by police for reaching for their back while being held up. FUCKING NUTS RIGHT?

I agree with that. I just dont understand why theyre so perplexed he was shot at all. And if there were 5 or 6 officers, they all shoot 2 or 3 times simultaneously. Not too crazy.
