No investigation, no right to speak. It’s maybe unfair sounding but yes, you should do some research on a topic that you speak about extensively. When it comes to complex issues like transitioning gender, which varies by state, often has multiple hoops to jump through, yeah you should at least understand enough to know the prevailing contentious issues (what affects people day to day), and have an outline of the main issues. Is it really that bad to ask that people talking on an issue are minimally informed about it?

Free speech is super important don't have a narrow short minded view on it think long-term and about the implications & what censoring opposition might mean to your own ideas 20 years from now. Also AOC hasn't done anything? Ask constituents of her District. One house representative out of 435 can't push legislation alone. Votes would help .
