Not the guy who posted, but age of consent is 15 in my country as well. Yes, it would be legal, but it would be extremely looked down upon socially. I have never heard of something like that happening.

In my country, you get Id for free when you turn 15...we call it the fucking permit since the age of consent is 15 as well :D

The ID is cheap. It's the other BS you have to do to get an ID. You need forms to file to get other forms. It's inherently hard on purpose to prevent poor people from getting them
It's soo weird that in the USA you need to pay soo much for ID. In my country you pay like 10$ or free
