Yeah, its simple... When you are lucky enough to not get caught. Habitual boosters always get arrested fairly regularly. And I would not recommend shoplifting at Walmart, at all. Loss Prevention Guys are sitting in a little Room (which is usually to your left as you enter through the first set of automatic doors) and watching every move any remotely sketchy "customer" makes. There is a difference. Black on white crime is normally robbery. Robbery which happens because systematic racism that keeps black people in a loop of crime, imprisonment and poverty. Whilst white on black crime is more likely to be hate crime related. Which is clearly more concerning. I don’t agree with Paul at all on the eye for a eye idea.
