Pronouncing Aang's name wrong might not technically be a film-making problem, but when you're adapting a beloved franchise from one medium to another, something like that can easily and understandably be the kiss of death in and of itself. Imagine someone making a serial show based on the original Star Wars trilogy, but they keep calling him Lake Ski-waker. Try maintaining immersion with that shit eroding your patience every time it comes out of somebody's mouth lol
