The reason I cancelled my Netflix was because they cancelled the Dark Crystal remake. I am a huge fan of puppetry and when they shit all over the creators of what is to me the best possible adaptation of that world I was beyond pissed. Great show btw

Thanks, didn't know about the Harmy copies, they seem to be the preferred whilst the 4K77 and so on are pretty much what you got in the cinema upon release.

I don't dislike The Italian Job but I have to say it was one of Ed Norton's less impressive performances, and after Death to Smoochy and American History X and a slew of other films he's been phenomenal in, I've come to expect a higher caliber of work out of him. Granted, a share of that responsibility lies with the writers as well.

Hey Paul, Seth Green was not in clueless, it was Paul Rudd. Seth Green was in The Italian Job which was a good movie, fuck you if you don't agree. He isn't Jamie Kennedy, that's a bad take.

4K77 And Harmys despecialised edition of star wars movies is all available on torrents. any torrent hosting site will have 4k77 i garuntee it.

Look up Star Wars 4K77. Some superfans tracked original film prints, spliced them with other available copies and performed their wizardry on it over years and years to bring the OG films to 4k. It's actually pretty inspiring, not sure how to get em tho...

Super weird thing to realize- but the music that is used in the Son of the Mask trailer, is the same music used in the movie 'mouse trap' frequently. Weird.

Regarding the Star Wars Original Releases; they are avaiable on a special release DVD which I purchased not a month ago. With upscaling the picture is more than acceptable. I got the DVDs through the European Amazon.

As a brit, the Doogal movie is kind of a shame - it doesn't translate well at all, it's based on an old preschool stop-motion show from the 60's. Something of a national nostalgia treasure which is why the cast was so good. Then they tried to cash grab it by making it in CG and making it 'funny' for the grown up parents who grew up with it...it's really a big steaming poop on the charming children's show it once was. So that's the context!

Deep Blue Sea at the time had good CGI. Now we can tell it's bad because we have better examples to compare it to. I'm not just defending it cause I like it, when I think of bad CGI I think of movies that were bad at the time of release, not in hindsight.

Oh my God, the Scooby movie.. I have that on DvD and I forgot how bad this was... Factoid about it is that it was supposed to be a more adult parody of the show, but never got there. A lot of the deleted scenes definitely imply that it more than the movie itself lol God I hate it so much...
