Wouldn't Fallon, by being exceptionally and notably bland, technically be more noteworthy and compelling a figure than Brodrick? Jimmy is EXTREMELY bland, hence extreme. Brodrick is just blandly bland. Mediocre even at being bland. The fact that Jimmy can get such a rise out of us means he is offensively provoking in his blandness. One could even argue that Jimmy Fallon is the new counterculture...
