It wasn't last minute, we've had the same recording schedule for months now. There was no way to predict the extent of the hurricane when we scheduled the recording of the grease trap and commentary. By the time we knew Sunday would be too dangerous for TJ and Scotty to record, they needed to make their preparations to evacuate. We've almost never missed releasing a grease trap. Sorry we can't deliver one of them this week, but it's an extreme emergency situation we can't help.
