Our episodes are covered for a while, but we don't record our grease traps very far in advance because we don't want them to become too dated (considering we cover the news in them sometimes). After the 2020 election, we had to toss a bunch of grease traps. Unfortunately, the hurricane landed right as we were supposed to come back from our regularly scheduled recording break, and we had already gone through our small bank of grease traps.
