That temporary male sterilizer thing is total quack. It claims to stop spermatogenesis, but even if it does, it would not cause temporary fertility because there is already a reserve of fully developed sperm in males and the process of spermatogenesis takes days. Therefore if you dip your balls in this thing then have sex immediately after with no contraception, you could still get the female pregnant. If it does cause infertility, it would take a few weeks and routine ball dipping into UV light over those few weeks to become infertile. That is assuming if dipping your balls in UV light actually stops spermatogenesis or if the UV light actually causes permanent infertility long term/other malignancies like testicular or some other kind of cancer.
