People like Kyle who repeat the mantra of "if you hate your job than just leave it", as if this thought hadn't crossed the mind of any disgruntled employee ever, fail to recognize the financial restrictions the prevent people from changing jobs, and the fact that even once that person leaves, that job will be just be given to someone else, and thus the same problems will perpetuate themselves.
