YouTube sometimes auto-removes comments to where we can't approve them in the moderation queue. I know you use the same username on YouTube, and I can't see the comment you're talking about in the "held for review" section, which has both filtered comments and comments our other moderators remove. Wish it didn't work that way, but it does.
