Ya gotta stop banning people over opinions, why have the chat on then? Hell would be worst if he was a patreon. Banning the people making you money just because you have soft skin isn't the way to go just accept it and keep taking the money or the views.

Hey love the audio versions makes consuming the show at work that much easier. Me and my fiancΓ© are in the process of buying our first house and yes the market is crazy houses selling for 20-40 over asking but after looking we found something reasonable. Honestly in Iowa where I live it is not that hard to get a house if you have decent credit and 5-10k saved which is totally possible if you have a decent job and same. Honestly renting is the bigger scam then buying a house and anyone person around my age 27 should look into it and talk to an advisor because it really can be a good investment.
