I think the Cape buffalo was underrepresented against the hippo. Imagine that thing flailing with its horns and puncturing the hippo. The hippo didn’t look that agile with its bites, I doubt it could even get a good bite on the buffalo if it was moving around quickly.

I like bears. They are both solitary and social. I witnessed two hunt together. Probably brothers, or mating pair, but saw some nature cams of four of them teaming up too deal with a wolf pack.

I feel like these brackets always go the same way there's always one obviously overpowered thing that is probably going to win. I feel like you guys should do lightweight brackets and heavyweight brackets because from what I remember with these brackets there's always that one heavyweight going up against lightweights that obviously don't stand a chance and we end up with these disappointing one sided battles.

Totally wrong about bear vs rhino. Bear that size doesn’t climb trees. There’s just no way bear avoids rhino’s horns long enough to do fatal damage.

Wish I was in the chat for this one! I'm still at the beginning of the episode but I think jaguars should have been the big cat representative over leopards. When Scotty was talking about skull-biting tactics, that's a jaguar thing; leopards are throat biters, suffocating like other cats do. So far this episode is a lot of fun! EDIT: I see someone's already corrected the leopard/jaguar skull biting thing during the episode, should have known.
