The median housing cost comparison is probably further skewed by the top 1%. It's a median, not an average. Maybe the 1% were buying (relatively) more modest housing back then. But we have to remember that the upper crust hold much more of the wealth now. In the modern day, more of that 1% can afford that $100 million estate. That would throw off an average a lot more, but not so much the median.

TikTok works off an algorithm so the videos that are on your for you page are similar to content that keeps you viewing it the longest. So all Paul sees are thirst traps bc that’s the content he engages with lol

I am predicting they will cover hot topics of the week in isolated, individual videos as the news comes out. So no longer some big segment they have to sit through and fill time, but rather make relatively short videos as that news comes out. That might also be a better fit for the YT algorithm, jump on any good news while it's hot and fresh.
