You can get salmon sperm pretty easily if you go fishing in the right season, it tastes sort of gamey like deer liver and you pan fry it and the texture is sort of odd.

When I was in Iceland, I tried Hálkarl, which is fermented shark. Traditionally, people take a shot of Brennivín, an Icelandic Spirit, and you have little bite sized cubes of the shark. So ever since, I've basically set myself up for having to try different shit. If I've had fermented shark, then I should eat just about anything lmao
