When I'm thinking about getting fast food and I'm doing a checklist of the dozens of fast food restaurants I could go to, I hardly, if ever, consider Burger King. It's never on the radar. The only time I ever want to get some Burger King is when one of my co-workers get some during out lunch break and the smell hits my nose. Other than that, BK is way down on the list for me.

I worked at a BK eons ago. Second job in high school. Y'all are totally on point. They ran the frozen beef patties through a chain-driven flame broiler. They'd drop into a metal bin where worker drones slapped buns on the various sized meat pucks and into the steam tray they go. When peeps order, another drone grabs one out of the steam tray and microwaves the bottom bun/patty for 20 seconds while slapping the mayo/lettuce/tomato on the top bun. BAM. Soggy bottom syndrome writ large. The gimmicky other sandwiches are made using the deep fat fryer. Every half hour, you gotta pull the remaining contents out of the steam trays, separate the bun from the patty and toss them into buckets for recycling. The franchise owner made a shitload of money selling the grease! No wonder I had such bad acne!

I feel the quality of BK has slid immensely in the past 10-15 years. That or maybe I just do less fast food munchie runs and am no longer a teenager 🤷‍♂️. Hope corporate sees this episode and gets their shit together. DFF has spoken!

Could be!! Wendy's used to be shit, bk was better. It flipped. Wendy's is number one for me. It's the only burger ff joint that doesn't make sick. The iceburg lettuce is always fresh abd crunchy. Bread is soft.
