Man, TJ, you should look into getting a gastric bypass. I know it's a major surgery, but it's basically the nuclear option for losing weight. You will lose weight, and you will change your eating habits because you have to. I was in the same boat as you, and gastric bypass is finally what dropped me down for 550 to 200, You can stretch your stomach back out but it takes a long time and it not nice or fun to do because it hurts, I'm telling you dude it's probably your Best option. Consider it.
