Schedule Changes
🕑 Added 2022-07-01 23:36:46 +0000 UTCStarting next week, we will be implementing a new schedule. First, we want to assure you that you'll still get exclusive Deep Fat Fried episodes every Friday with all three hosts. There is a slight change regarding those. Instead of three weeks of live episodes followed by two weeks of prerecorded episodes, we will be alternating live and prerecorded episodes.
The second change is that instead of three weeks of public Onion Nuggetz followed by two weeks of private Onion Nuggetz, we will be alternating public and Patreon Onion Nuggetz. This will actually result in a greater proportion of private streams than you are getting now. These Onion Nuggetz will only have two hosts, with an alternating host being absent every week.
The third change is that instead of three shorter public episodes every week with all three hosts, there will be a livestreamed public episode every Monday around an hour long. These will be what we call double threats, which will also have two hosts - each presenting a different topic. We are making this change to reduce cross chatter between the hosts and to increase viewership of our public episodes by making them longer and live. Following these public episodes, there will be a live Grease Trap exclusive to $7+ patrons - also with two hosts. We believe the dynamic of two hosts rather than three will lead to more diversity of banter due to less talking over each other and the different relationships each set of two hosts have with each other.
TL;DR: Friday episodes will have all three hosts and alternate between live and prerecorded. Live Onion Nuggetz on Wednesdays will have two hosts (with a rotating host being absent) and alternate between public and private. Public episodes will be reduced from three a week to one a week, but they will all be live, longer, and also have two hosts. Live private Grease Traps will be moved to Mondays following the public episode livestreams, and also have two hosts.

Just bring the amount of content down if it’s too much for you guys, when the show initially started it was plenty for me. Side note: wish I got every other week off at my job, but I know that the creative stuff you guys do takes a bit more recharging . At the very least just do one less onion nugget a month and keep one with all three as suggested above . It’s easier to fleece and goad people into reaching those incentives during onion nuggets with more peer pressure (people).

I actually agree with you guys. I enjoy all three of you as hosts, but sometimes you can tell that someone is either getting a bit frustrated by being cutoff or maybe just not having a good day and sits quietly. I think this is a good idea

I love you guys, and I am always open for change. Let's see how it works with just two hosts. There have been episodes of every format in the past when one of you was ill or on vacation. They weren't necessarily worse, just different in pacing and tone, slower and calmer. I personally prefer three over two, but let's see. Please keep an open mind for criticism should the two hosts-format not work out.

I had feeling you guys were working a bit too hard. So I understand the changes. But I won't lie, the shows are definitely better with the whole cast imo.
